Shipping

Shipping is available via UPS and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout.

In-stock items ship within 2–4 business days

Made-to-order pieces ship within 4–6 weeks

Each order is packaged with care using thoughtful, low-waste materials.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

jewelry care

Gold filled jewelry features a thick layer of solid gold bonded to a durable base metal. It is more resistant to tarnishing than gold-plated jewelry and can last for years with proper care.

Avoid pools, hot tubs, and chemical-heavy environments
Keep away from perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, and hairspray
Remove before exercising
Clean with mild soap and water or a soft jewelry cloth

For a simple refresh, rinse in tepid water with mild soap and gently dry with a soft cloth.

Customs Order

Custom orders begin with an initial phone consultation to discuss ideas, timing and budget.

Designs are created in alignment with the By Jules aesthetic
A $75 custom design fee applies

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

All other pieces are part of our made-to-order collection, crafted slowly and intentionally just for you.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for production.

This slower process allows us to work more sustainably, use thoughtfully sourced materials, and reduce waste.
